Shebara Hotel

The Hotel is a 73-key hyper-luxury resort on the untouched Shaybara Island, 45 minutes by boat from the mainland. Surrounded by mangroves, dunes, coral flats, and pristine reefs, the project aims to protect and enhance the island’s rich biodiversity while delivering a world-class eco-luxury experience that positions Saudi Arabia as a leading marine tourism destination.

Jabal Omar Hotel

The Jabal Omar Hotel project is located in the Holy city of Mecca, directly facing Al Haram Al Sharif. The building consists of 31 floors, plus a roof and upper roof, constructed on plot N4-3 with an area of 2,572 square meters.

Ritz Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, located in Al-Hamra'a, Jeddah 23321, Saudi Arabia, is a luxury property with a total Built-Up Area (BUA) of approximately 50,000 square meters. The hotel offers 224 guest rooms, including royal suites, and features a grand Convention Centre that can accommodate over 1,000 guests.

Le Meridien Madina (LMM)

The project involves the renovation of the Le Meridien Hotel in Madinah, with a comprehensive design and renovation process divided into two initial phases. The first phase includes managing the design and execution of external and façade improvements, while the second phase focuses on completing the interior fit-out for designated areas of the hotel.
